Hi everyone - I've been thinking that I would split my newsletter up into two smaller segments so they are easier to get through and to make sure that you have a chance to view all the amazing happenings going on around us.

We are all still struggling to re-adjust to the new energies that came barrelling through at us on March 21st and that still continue to accelerate. Don't worry. You are not losing your minds, and if you are feeling that you are, then you are on the right track. Be still, be calm, have faith and watch the miracles unfold in your lives every day.

Kids Can Heal

The second CD in the Rainbow Warrior Trilogy has been recorded and will be available soon. Listen here for a sample audio clip. I've had some feedback from a few children who have listened to the first one and it seems to be striking a cord with most of them. One little boy, just turned four year old, keeps playing it over and over with headset on and is talking along with it. He seems entranced. This is so good to hear as I have felt for a very long time that it is going to be the little children who will eventually get this planet back on track.

The third CD in the trilogy has now been created and will be recorded shortly. In this third CD, the Rainbow Warrior takes the children on a journey to meet the elemental beings of each of the Earth's four elements. It is a very magical CD.

This site will be interactive with a forum, games and contests all focused on assisting children to understand how powerful they are and what they can do, right now, to help heal the planet.

I have created a deck of planetary healing cards for children too called "Kids Can Heal Cards". There will be 26 cards in all, each one has a particular area of concern for the planet with its own brief meditation . There will also be children's T-shirts available carrying the same theme and combined with the CD's and the cards, there will be a wide assortment of magical gifts for all the special children you know...

Balancing Meditation

The following is a simple meditation/yoga practice that you can use anywhere, at any time to immediately put you into a state of balance. Highly encouraged for use while travelling and/or in very busy, stressful environments. It is called the Kirtan Kriya.

A kriya is a combination of the breath, a posture/rhythmic movement, and a mantra/mental focus, all devoted to a specific outcome. There are different types of kriyas, one being the KirtanKriya, designed to help overcome old, unhealthy mental patterns.

It's also great for busy, on-the-go people who want to work a meditation into their day. Tune into this video and watch as a instructor teaches a busy executive how to tap into a deeper part of herself so that she can engage the relaxation response and feel recharged at a moment's notice.
